VNE PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: October 26, 2026
1. About this Policy
This Policy describes how personal data is processed when you use VNE VPN Service (the “Service”) and applies to the Service’s website, applications, Telegram bot, and customer support.
For privacy or service inquiries: support@vne.world.
2. What data we process and why
VPN connections. Our servers process your IP address, destination addresses, network packets, and connection status to route your traffic, maintain network stability, and prevent abuse. We do not retain a history of websites visited through the VPN, traffic content, DNS queries, or logs that link you to your VPN activity. We retain data about your current VPN connection, including your source IP address, only until you disconnect.
Account and subscription. We use your account identifier or access key, sign-in information, connected-device identifiers, subscription status, and expiration date to provide access and manage your subscription. We process your email address if you provide it for sign-in or communications. If you use the referral program, we also process your referral code and any bonuses credited to you.
Payments. We use order or transaction identifiers, amounts, currencies, dates, and payment or refund status to verify purchases, manage subscriptions, and maintain records. Your chosen payment provider or app store receives your payment details. VNE does not store full card numbers, card security codes, or banking passwords.
Support. We use your contact details, messages, and any materials you submit to respond to your request and resolve the issue.
Telegram bot. When you interact with the bot, we receive your Telegram identifier, profile name, username if available, and the messages you send. This information is used to provide support, manage your subscription, and award bonuses.
Website and security. We process IP addresses, browser and operating system information, request details, and error details to operate and protect the website and accounts. This information concerns your use of the website and account. Essential cookies and local storage enable sign-in and save your preferences. We do not use cross-site advertising tracking or session replay on the website. Do Not Track signals do not affect processing necessary to operate the website.
We receive data from you, your device, and your chosen app store or payment provider. We process it to perform our contract with you, meet legal obligations, and pursue VNE's legitimate interests in security, fraud prevention, and resolving disputes. Where consent is required, we ask for it separately. Some features may be unavailable without the data needed to provide them.
3. When data may be shared
We do not sell personal data or share it for behavioral advertising. We do not disclose data from our VPN applications to third parties unless required by law. We do not use it for third-party purposes. Our applications do not include third-party advertising, analytics, or diagnostic tools that receive such data.
We use hosting, network infrastructure, email, and support providers to operate the website, manage accounts outside the VPN applications, and handle correspondence. They receive only the information they need, must keep it confidential, provide at least the level of protection set out in this Policy, and may not use it for their own purposes.
App stores, payment providers, and messaging services independently process the data you give them when making a purchase or contacting support. Their privacy policies govern that processing.
If the law requires us to disclose data to a court or public authority, we disclose only information we actually hold and only to the extent required by the binding request.
4. How we retain and protect data
We keep account data for as long as it is needed to maintain your account and delete it when the account is deleted, subject to the exceptions below. We keep correspondence and technical records until the support request, technical issue, or security investigation is resolved. We retain payment and accounting records for the periods required by law, and records relating to a dispute for as long as needed to resolve it and protect our rights. These exceptions may continue to apply after account deletion. When there is no longer a basis for retention, we delete or irreversibly anonymize the data.
Encrypted database backups are deleted automatically within 35 days, so data of a deleted account may remain in them until then. Service traffic statistics per access key are kept for up to 60 days.
We use encryption in transit and restrict access to data. No security measure can guarantee absolute protection.
Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where infrastructure is located. For international transfers, we use safeguards required by law, including applicable adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. You can request information about recipients, processing locations, and these safeguards, as well as available copies of the relevant documents, at support@vne.world.
5. Your rights and account deletion
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access and obtain a copy of your data, request its correction, deletion, or transfer, and restrict or object to processing. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Send requests and appeals to support@vne.world. Where necessary, we will verify that the request comes from you or your authorized representative. We respond within the time limits set by law. You may also complain to the relevant supervisory authority. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising their statutory privacy rights.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data using the “Delete account” feature in the VNE app or by emailing support@vne.world. Retention exceptions are described in Section 4. A subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play must be canceled separately through that store.

6. Age restrictions and Policy updates
VNE is intended for users aged 18 or older. If we learn that we hold data about someone under 18, we will delete it unless retention is required by law.
The current version of this Policy is available on our website. We give advance notice of material changes to how we process data and obtain consent where required by law.
